Data Deletion Instructions

If you have access to the relevant Dialektai CRM account or integration settings, disconnect the Instagram, Facebook/Meta or TikTok connection associated with the account you no longer wish to use.

Where the relevant platform provides this option, you may also revoke authorization directly from your Meta/Facebook, Instagram or TikTok account settings.

Revoking platform authorization prevents the integration from continuing to use the associated authorization after the platform processes the revocation.

Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant CRM account or social integration. This may include, as applicable:

• your name or company name;
• the email address associated with the CRM account;
• the connected platform, such as Instagram, Facebook or TikTok;
• the relevant account, page or profile identifier or username;
• a short description of the data or integration involved.

Do not send social media passwords.

We will acknowledge receipt of a sufficiently identifiable deletion request using the contact information provided with the request.

After a valid request is identified and verified as appropriate, personal or integration data controlled by IP «NAZIA8PROMO» will be deleted or anonymized as applicable, except where continued retention is reasonably necessary or legally required.

We do not publish a universal deletion deadline because processing requirements may depend on the type of data, the integration and applicable legal obligations.

This deletion process applies to data controlled by IP «NAZIA8PROMO». Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other third-party services control data within their own systems and provide their own privacy and deletion mechanisms.
