The website, CRM integrations and related functionality may be used only for lawful business, customer communication, sales, support and operational purposes.
3. Authorization to connect accounts
You may connect only social media accounts, pages, business accounts or other resources that you own or are authorized to administer.
You are responsible for obtaining any internal, customer or organizational authorization required before connecting an account to Dialektai CRM.
4. Third-party APIs
Social media integrations use official APIs, authorization flows and platform capabilities made available by Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or other relevant providers.
Available functionality depends on the permissions, products and API capabilities approved or made available by the relevant platform.
5. Availability of integrations
Third-party platforms may change, suspend, restrict or discontinue APIs, permissions, message types, rate limits or other functionality.
As a result, some integration functionality may become unavailable or operate differently without prior notice from us.
6. AI-assisted functionality
Some CRM workflows may use AI or rules-based automation to assist with classification, routing, knowledge retrieval or preparation of responses.
Customers remain responsible for configuring authorized workflows, reviewing their business processes and ensuring that operators use automated functionality appropriately.
A human operator may take over a conversation where this functionality is enabled.
7. Prohibited use
You must not use the services to:
- access or connect accounts without authorization;
- send unlawful, deceptive, abusive or prohibited communications;
- circumvent platform restrictions or access controls;
- interfere with the security or operation of the services;
- use integrations in violation of applicable law or platform terms;
- attempt to obtain data beyond permissions legitimately granted.
8. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, software interfaces, documentation and original materials made available by IP «NAZIA8PROMO» remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated.
Third-party trademarks and platform names remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Suspension or termination
Access to an integration or related service may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect security, comply with law or platform requirements, respond to misuse, or address a material violation of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services and integrations depend in part on third-party platforms, networks and APIs that are outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party functionality.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, IP «NAZIA8PROMO» will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from outages, restrictions or changes imposed by third-party platforms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law of the Republic of Kazakhstan or other law that validly applies.
