Depending on the integration enabled by a customer and the permissions approved by the relevant platform, we may receive or process information such as:
- social media profile or user identifiers;
- Instagram, Facebook/Meta or TikTok account and page identifiers;
- incoming and outgoing messages and message metadata;
- comments and related metadata where the relevant API permits access;
- conversation source, timestamps and channel information;
- CRM lead information associated with a conversation, such as lead status, source and communication history;
- information voluntarily provided by a customer or end user during a conversation.
3. Sources of information
Information may be received from connected Instagram, Facebook/Meta and TikTok accounts through official platform APIs and authorization mechanisms, where the relevant permissions have been granted.
Information may also be entered directly into Dialektai CRM by authorized CRM users.
4. Why we process information
Information may be processed to:
- receive and manage customer communications in CRM;
- create or update CRM leads;
- respond to customer inquiries;
- maintain conversation history and lead source information;
- support customer service and sales operations;
- route, classify or automate permitted communication workflows;
- maintain and secure connected integrations.
5. AI-assisted functionality
Dialektai CRM may use AI-assisted functionality to help classify conversations, prepare responses, retrieve relevant information from an authorized knowledge base, or support automated workflows.
Where configured by the customer and permitted by the relevant platform, an AI-assisted workflow may prepare or send a response. Authorized human operators may take over a conversation from an automated workflow.
6. Social media passwords and authorization
The CRM integration is not designed to collect the passwords of connected Instagram, Facebook/Meta or TikTok accounts.
Where supported by the relevant platform, connections are established using official authorization flows such as OAuth and platform-issued access tokens or similar credentials.
7. Sharing and service providers
Information may be transmitted to or processed by third-party platforms and service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate the requested integration, infrastructure, communication or support functionality.
We do not publish a vendor list here because the specific technical services used may depend on the customer configuration and may change over time.
8. Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration or disclosure. Measures may include access controls, restricted administrative access and secure transport protocols where appropriate.
No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Data retention
Personal and integration data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was processed, to provide the requested service, to meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, or comply with applicable legal requirements.
Retention may vary by data category, customer configuration and legal requirements. We do not state a fixed universal retention period unless such a period has been formally adopted for the relevant data category.
10. Your rights and requests
Subject to applicable law and the context in which data is processed, individuals may contact us to request information about their data, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of data controlled by IP «NAZIA8PROMO».

12. Third-party platforms
